An established, growth-minded Real Estate group is hiring a senior transactional attorney to first-chair complex borrower- and lender-side financings. You'll negotiate loan agreements and related documents, collaborate with partners and clients, and keep multifaceted deals moving—while enjoying sophisticated work in a supportive, quality-of-life culture.

Compensation :

• Salary $350,000 - $500,000 base + bonus, commensurate with experience. Annual business-development budget $2,500–$10,000, depending on seniority.
