We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

• Ecommerce Assistant
• to support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various ecommerce platforms and knowledge of fulfillment tools such as
• ShipStation

You will work closely with the E-commerce team to manage product listings, optimize content, fulfill orders, and handle customer inquiries. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on increasing efficiency and sales across all our marketplaces.

• Key Responsibilities
• Marketplace Management
• Maintain and update product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized with relevant keywords, and comply with platform standards.
• Regularly audit listings for content accuracy, images, pricing, and stock levels
• Assist with order entry, data entry, and internal communications
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Process returns, refunds, and replacements
• Handle order issues, product questions, and follow-ups
• Generate and send quotations based on customer requests
• Maintain high customer satisfaction across all channels
• Process and manage orders through
• ShipStation
• and individual marketplace portals.
• Qualifications
• Experience
• Previous experience working with ecommerce platforms like
• Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify
• , and
• ShipStation
• Familiarity with marketplace-specific tools and seller portals.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in using
• Microsoft Excel
• for managing data and reporting.
• Knowledge of
• ShipStation
• or similar order fulfillment tools is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
