Engineer 3

Our client, a leading global technology company specializing in energy, paper, raw materials, and transport & automotive markets, is seeking an Engineer 3 to join their team. As an Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : West Monroe, Louisiana

Pay Range : $90000 - $110000

What's the Job?

Manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively to meet business and customer demands.

Provide technical recommendations and support to internal and external customers.

Investigate problems and lead initiatives for process and quality improvements.

Evaluate departmental workloads to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their skills in project management and technical knowledge.

What's Needed?

At least 5 years of related experience in industries such as Paper & Pulp, Engineering, Service, or Machine Shop.

Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.

Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and database management.

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent industry experience.

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
