Position Summary : The Application Developer 2’s primary role is to build and enhance internal and external banking applications using a modern tech stack—primarily C# on the back end and Angular on the front end. This professional works across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects that serve thousands of users. The Application Developer 2 is a part of a collaborative team that values innovation, stability, and continuous improvement, with clear career growth and hybrid work flexibility.

• Mentorship Program : As a new developer, you’ll be paired with a technical mentor. Your mentor is there to guide you through our codebase and processes, answer questions, and help you overcome technical challenges as you ramp up in your role.
• Hybrid Schedule : Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a mix of in-office and remote days. We typically gather in-office on two set days per week to brainstorm and collaborate, and then you have three days for remote work to dive into coding with fewer interruptions.

This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity 3 days per week under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding with 2 days in the office.
