Job description

We are seeking an

experienced and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Advanced Primary Care

team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, on-site position supports a collaborative,

patient-centered care model focused on quality, compassion, and efficiency. The

ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a primary care or family

practice setting, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to

excellent patient service.

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation : $23.00 –

$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities : Provide clinical and

administrative support to providers and patients.

Record patient histories,

vitals, and assist with exams and procedures.

Maintain accurate and timely

documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Support lab procedures,

including specimen collection and phlebotomy.

Coordinate patient

communication, scheduling, and follow-up.

Collaborate with the care

team to ensure high-quality, integrated care.

Maintain confidentiality and

professionalism at all times.

Requirements :

3–5 years of experience as a

Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.

High school diploma or GED

required.

Medical Assistant

certification or completion of an accredited program (or ability to obtain

within six months of hire).

Phlebotomy certification (or

obtain within six months of hire).

Basic Life Support certification

(or obtain within 30 days of hire).

Active Arizona fingerprint

clearance card.

Experience with Electronic

Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Excellent interpersonal,

communication, and organizational skills.

Strong collaboration,

empathy, and patient advocacy.

Commitment to

confidentiality and quality care.
