Role Overview
- Title : Technical Business Analyst (BA) Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Mix : ~70 80% technical BA work / ~20 30% project coordination (PM-type tasks)
- Type : Backfill for existing role; long-term need (budgeted through at least end of 2026)
- Location : Hybrid (3 days / week onsite) Chicago or Arizona acceptable will work CST Timezone
Key Focus Areas
Strong experience in Information Security , specifically Identity & Access Management (IAM)Candidates with exposure to PAM tools are acceptable, but IAM must be the primary focusMust be comfortable working across security, cloud, DevOps, and governance teamsTechnical Requirements
Must have hands-on or strong functional experience in IAM / security projectsFamiliarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta (highly preferred)SQL basic to intermediate level for report / dashboard creation and data queryingPower BI or similar dashboarding tools ability to modify or build interactive reportsPython basic understanding helpful, not core requirementAzure Cloud strong plus; experience with Azure IAM or cloud integration expectedExperience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) for user stories, features, epics, and acceptance criteriaOther tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) are acceptable if adaptable
