In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our machining operations, ensuring every part meets the highest standards of quality and performance. What You Will Do :

• Set up and configure CNC machines for each job order, ensuring proper tool and bar stock loading.
• Adjust programs and tooling to meet exact specifications.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform tooling changes and offset adjustments as needed.
• Accurately input part counts and job transactions.
• Verify part accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
• Load bar stock and tubing; maintain coolant levels.
• Deburr finished parts and ensure clean finishes.
• Complete production paperwork and ensure quality compliance.
• Create and maintain SOPs for machining setups, tooling, and processes.
• Performs regular daily maintenance on equipment and keeps work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Complying with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1
