LocumJobsOnline is working with CompHealth to find a qualified Cardiology MD in Des Moines, Iowa, 50309!

About The Position

Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others, years. Some are far from home, others are local. Whatever it is you're looking for, we offer true opportunities, not just postings.   • Weekday shifts 8am - 5pm with 1-2 night calls per week
  • Physician patient load 18 - 28 per day
  • Inpatient setting only no clinic responsibilities
  • APP support available for 98% of coverage time
  • Required procedures : TEEs, cardioversions, loops, echo reading
  • Nuclear and vascular reading capabilities preferred
  • Phone-based call coverage with weekend rounding responsibilities
  • APPs independently manage 6 - 12 patients daily
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
