Job descriptionDeliver direct therapy services to clients with ASD in accordance with their individual treatment plans. Follow and implement the treatment strategies outlined by the Lead Therapist. Work collaboratively with the client's family, school, and community to ensure consistency in treatment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date session notes and progress reports. Communicate regularly with the Lead Therapist regarding client progress and any concerns. Attend regular training sessions and team meetings as required. Minimum of a High School Diploma. Certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or completion of 80 hours of ASD-specific training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
