Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and strategies.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and other materials to promote the organization's initiatives.
• Manage relationships with media representatives and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate events, including press conferences, community outreach, and promotional activities.
• Conduct research to identify potential media opportunities and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a communications role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Proficient in media relations and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
