We are looking for a dedicated EHR Support Analyst to manage and enhance our Salesforce-based Electronic Health Records system. In this role, you will act as the key liaison among business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to ensure the system remains optimized, secure, and scalable. This is a long-term contract position based in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the Salesforce Electronic Health Records system, ensuring its governance and stability.
• Oversee system maintenance tasks, including health checks, performance tuning, and user administration.
• Address system issues, defects, and break-fixes promptly to uphold operational efficiency.
• Facilitate user onboarding, training, and adoption while maintaining comprehensive documentation and guides.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements to implement new features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular evaluations of Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions to align with business needs.
• Provide consistent updates to leadership on system performance, enhancements, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to host requirement workshops, demonstrations, and planning cycles.
• Define and maintain a multi-year roadmap for the EHR system to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience in application ownership or product management roles.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Automation, and custom Salesforce app development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, integration, and AppExchange solutions.
• Experience in healthcare provider domains and familiarity with health information systems.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a Salesforce application, including support and enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of health information exchange and health record systems.
