Senior Legal Corporate Counsel – Healthcare & Technology (Onsite | Austin, TX)

Our client is a fast-growing, established healthcare technology company seeking a Senior Legal Corporate Counsel to serve as a key advisor to leadership, working hands-on with a small, collaborative team and with outside counsel. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has heavy regulatory compliance experience (preferably in the healthcare / pharmaceutical space). You’ll manage a variety of legal matters, from regulatory compliance and contract negotiation to litigation oversight and risk mitigation. FDA or DEA experience is a plus.
