Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market

Manage end-to-end program execution from planning to performance tracking

Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and suppliers

Required Qualifications

Higher education

Proven experience in retail program management or partnership management, preferably in consumer goods

Strong understanding of retail operations in the US market

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Fluency in Lithuanian and English
