About The Position

• Home Health PT -
• Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 , Compliance takes about 3 weeks
• Shift : 8hr Days
• Ratios : 1 : 1 (
• May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based on territory)
• 1 YR of recent Skilled Home Health PT Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp)
• Case Load : Adult, 4-5 patients per day
