A Brief Overview
This strategic role will oversee the Treasury, Tax, and Cash Disbursements functions, including accounts payable (AP) and payroll, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency. This is a CHOP Enterprise level role that will engage with the Hospital, Research, Practice Plans, Foundation, and Corporate Services. The Senior Director will play a critical role in managing the Enterprise's liquidity, tax compliance, and disbursement processes. This position will collaborate closely with various departments, including within Finance and Operations, to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, adherence to tax regulations, and the effective management of cash resources. This leader will need to ensure the financial sustainability of CHOP through effective cash management, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Required Master's Degree Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Experience Qualifications
At least ten (10) years related Treasury work experience. Required
Skills and Abilities
Deep understanding of treasury management, tax regulations, and nonprofit financial operations.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - State Issued - upon hire - Preferred
Certified Treasury Professional - Association for Financial Professionals - upon hire - Preferred
