Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In need of a Home Health RN with Oasis and HCHB experience for acontract job in theLake Oswego, OR area.

Theideal Home Health RNcandidate would have at least 2-years in the specialty with experience in assessing and chart observations of the patients condition at each visit. As well ascompleting evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs, administering Physician-prescribed medication, dress or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress, keeping the patient comfortable through palliative care and provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.

Home Health RN Job Details Below :

• 13 Week Contract
• Full time- 40hr weeks
• Mileage reimbursements from worksite to worksite
