Principal, Transformation Analytics & Value Realization

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leader to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This high-impact role blends process optimization, data-driven insight generation, and strategic advisory to drive meaningful change across the organization.

You will lead initiatives from ideation through executiontranslating complex challenges into actionable insights and measurable value. You'll also champion enterprise-wide value realization by embedding best practices in business case development, benefit tracking, and performance transparency.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and innovationincluding exposure to AI / ML-driven methods through collaboration with our AI Center of Excellence.

Strategic Framing & Value Realization

• Partner with business leaders to define problems, shape outcomes, and identify value opportunities using a consultative, data-informed approach.
• Lead the development of business cases that support strategic investment decisions.
• Promote disciplined value measurement and benefit realization practices across the transformation lifecycle.

The national average salary range for this role is $150-$170k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
