We're seeking a motivated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or (RRT) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Lenox, MA . Position Snapshot :

  • Job Title : Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Shift : Days (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM)
  • Hours : 36 hours / week

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Deliver hands-on respiratory care in critical care units including ICU, CCU, Emergency Department, and Med / Surg
  • Work side-by-side with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-focused care plans
  • Assist with treatments, assessments, and documentation of respiratory therapy services
  • Gain experience with leading-edge respiratory equipment and protocols
  • Learn and grow with guidance from experienced respiratory therapists and clinical mentors

    • What You Need to Get Started :

  • Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program (Certification level)
  • Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL) or eligibility
  • CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) (or pending)
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed
