Transportation Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Freight Coordinator to manage container movements and serve as the primary liaison between brand partners and the global transportation network.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ocean, port, and dray operations to ensure on-time and accurate delivery performance

Establish and maintain SOPs and communication channels with partners and carriers

Monitor and resolve container, booking, and delivery exceptions to minimize costs

Required Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English

3-5 years of experience in international transportation or freight forwarding, preferably with Trans-Pacific trade lane experience

Ability to coordinate across carriers, dray providers, and warehouses

Experience using EDI systems and shipment visibility tools

Strong focus on execution and proactive communication
