- Live and practice in Columbus, NE
- Recruitment due to retiring ENT physician (served the community for 37 years)
- Clinic located in a Medical Office Building attached to Columbus Community Hospital
- Clinic volume : 20–30 patients per day
- Schedule :
- 3 clinic days
- 1 surgery day
- 1 admin day / off day
- Clinic hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
- Call schedule : 1 : 3 weekdays, 1 : 4 weekends (low call burden)
