Growth Marketing Manager ($70-90K)

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help us grow our outbound marketing, website, and social media strategies. Successful candidates for this role will have familiarity with data management, email marketing and CRM software, content management, and social media monitoring. They will be able to move between solving in the weeds data problems to strategic content planning with an eye always towards improvement of current approaches and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the contact database, focusing on scalability, hygiene and strategic alignment with the Loan and Deposits teams to support revenue growth
- Create an email marketing strategy including an internally published calendar, regular newsletter creation, and inside sales outreach support
- Steward best practices to decrease risk while making email marketing campaigns more efficient
- Interface with Loan and Deposits team as a strategic partner to increase effectiveness of outreach, optimizing based on consistent feedback
- Grow prospect database through events sign-ups, database acquisition, and website form activation
- Work with CMO to develop content strategy to increase inbound leads
- Maintain website via the CMS including updates to News and Events, new product launches and more
- Monitor social media presence and present strategies to grow presence
- Support marketing campaign creation upon new product launches, including collateral, website features, emails and more
- Grow and adapt with the needs of the Bank’s marketing department
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree5-7 years digital marketing experience, preferably within the Banking / Financial Services industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeep knowledge and hands on keys experience with marketing automation software and running email marketing campaignsExperience with CRMs and database managementKnowledge of social media monitoring and marketing a plusSelf-starter who is constantly seeking to improve and learn more about their area of expertiseBenefits
