This role wears many hats and must be willing to manage production and business aspects of the operation.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing or Engineering or related (mandatory)

Manufacturing experience is a must

Strong emphasis on Quality is a must

Print reading, or blueprint reading is a must

Production Scheduling

Process management

Trouble shooting machines

Strong Customer communication is a must

Wire Harness or Processing experience preferred but not mandatory

Military contracts experience is preferred but not mandatory

ISO and AS9100 or similar is a must
