We re seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join a growing orthopedic spine team across two clinical sites in northern New Jersey. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated NP / PA who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional spine care.

Responsibilities :
- Perform pre- and post-operative assessments and follow-ups
- Interpret imaging studies and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on spine conditions and care pathways
- Assist in surgical procedures (1 day / week after training)
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct evaluations, interpret imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CTs), and develop individualized care plans for patients with spine-related conditions.
- Assist in the operating room and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care.
- Rotate between two clinical locations to ensure continuity of care and team integration.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients and their families.
- Work closely with spine surgeons, pain specialists, and rehabilitation professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Requirements :
