Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities

• The Ambulatory Informatics Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of outpatient clinics by actively engaging in the planning, development, implementation, education, and training of clinical and operational documentation.
• This role provides operational excellence by streamlining workflows and integrating evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency.

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or healthcare IT-related field.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree

• Informatics or teaching/training experience.
