Job Duties
The Driver and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will serve multiple duties regarding the therapeutic care and transportation needs of the people we serve. The driver provides transportation for residents to medical appointments and recreational outings. When appointments are not scheduled, the Driver will provide assistance to the rehab and recreation department as directed.

CNA certification
18 years of age or older and clean driving record required.
Previous experience as a driver for a long-term care facility.

Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.
Pay Range : $24.60 - $24.60 USD
