Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an early childhood educational setting serving birth to 5-year-old children. This contract role will run through the school year with an anticipated end date of May 28. The position requires working with a caseload of approximately 20-25 young students, focusing on early intervention and speech-language development.

Location : Ranchester, WY

Duration : Contract, through end of school year

Schedule : Monday through Friday, with travel required Monday-Thursday to various locations across the county to provide direct services. Fridays are dedicated to office work and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to children aged birth to 5 years
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of 20-25 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators and families to support communication goals
  • Travel throughout the county Monday through Thursday to effectively reach all assigned students
  • Complete all required documentation and paperwork on Fridays

Qualifications :

  • Valid SLP license and certifications (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or SLP - School credentials considered)
  • Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly birth to 5 years old
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the county to provide services
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseload efficiently
