Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) functions within the Health System's mission, vision, and values, assuming responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients during their shift. The RN engages in comprehensive patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills, ensuring high standards are maintained. Additionally, the RN assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries.
