Key Responsibilities

Tackle complex workflows and utilize success metrics for guidance

Required Qualifications

Experience in B2B, preferably in Enterprise SaaS environments

Ability to own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery

Experience in delivering successful, intuitive products that scale with complexity

Understanding of customer needs to create compelling user journeys and designs

Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and mentor others
