About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support delivery operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, field teams, and business partners—helping coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls from field teams requiring support with in-home delivery services
• Conduct outbound calls to customers to confirm successful deliveries and ensure satisfaction
• Encourage participation in post-delivery surveys and promote high customer satisfaction ratings
• Monitor delivery routes and track field teams to ensure on-time performance
• Provide real-time support to field teams to resolve delivery issues and delays
• Receive and check in field teams after route completion
• Verify return of equipment and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
• Document delivery outcomes, customer feedback, and team performance in operational systems
• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Process delivery updates, changes, or cancellations as needed
Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent
• + year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting delivery, logistics, or field operations
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
