We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are met.

Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive nursing care for 20–60 patients, including bedridden individuals

Conduct rounds, assess patient conditions, and implement individualized care plans

Administer medications (including narcotics), treatments, and specialized procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, dialysis, blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, and CPR

Perform direct nursing care including tube feeding, catheterization, suctioning, and phlebotomy

Lead and organize emergency response (“Code Blue”) teams

Supervise and support healthcare staff (LPNs, aides, etc.) and serve as shift lead when needed

Assist physicians with diagnostic evaluations and facilitate outpatient appointments and referrals

Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and medication inventories

Order supplies, manage controlled substances, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Support staff development and participate in training, meetings, and problem-solving teams

Qualifications :

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio (required per Section 4723.03 of the Ohio Revised Code)

Previous nursing experience preferred; corrections or acute care background a plus

Proficiency with medical equipment (stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, EKG machine, etc.)

Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
