About the Role :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Pine Creek Manor, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Your primary focus will be to support the nursing staff by assisting residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. This position requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, effective communication, and teamwork within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will be responsible for monitoring residents' health status and reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly. Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid CNA certification recognized by the state of PSV.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and infection control standards.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
