The Transportation Practice Leader will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the transportation department. This role involves overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while fostering innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the transportation practice, providing strategic direction and vision.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transportation projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations and standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the transportation sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation engineering
  • Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
