A company is looking for a Support Engineer to assist customers with technical issues and improve their experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first line of support for technical issues, communicating effectively with stakeholders
Work directly with customers to integrate the platform into their systems and troubleshoot issues
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, owning data quality problems and collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
2+ years of software engineering or support engineering experience
Proficiency in writing and editing SQL queries, with basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
Experience working directly with customers in a technical or support role
Familiarity with administrator tooling and working knowledge of APIs, Datadog, Airflow, Postgres, and BigQuery is a plus
