What You'll Do :

Assist residents with activities of daily living : bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Accurately chart and document care provided

Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident

Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
