- Tuesday & Thursday : 5 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM
Overview : We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Pilates, gym, and wellness center team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Youll be the friendly face of the studio, assisting with member support, administrative duties, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet members and visitors with professionalism and positivityHandle phone calls, emails, and member inquiriesManage scheduling, check-ins, and class registrationsProcess payments, invoices, and membership renewalsAssist with inventory management and ordering suppliesMaintain accurate records and update client informationSupport trainers and instructors with class logistics and client coordinationHelp ensure the gym and studio spaces are organized, tidy, and welcomingPerform light cleaning and restocking as neededBalance multiple administrative and front-desk tasks efficientlyQualifications :
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or fitness front-desk role preferredStrong multitasking and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and / or scheduling softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyPassion for health, fitness, and wellness
