Job Description

As a Quality Engineer III here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective quality engineering practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in quality methodologies and tools will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications. By monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to our products. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
• Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback.

The plan to have total three quality engineers focused on customer, this scope covered customer self-assessment, Quality Investigation, frequent follow-up meetings with customers, working with Technical Support for customer technical service requests, Pre-alert customer OCAP and lead the effort to confirm capability of new / revised specification, Quarterly process capability study for all customers.
