Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Kinney Recruiting is assisting a boutique law firm in Washington DC on a search for a mid-level corporate associate with three (3) to six (6) years of experience. This is a legacy DC firm that has served and continues to serve mid-cap regional companies, multigenerational families, and individuals in a variety of corporate needs including M&A, commercial agreements, private equity transactions, and wealth / succession planning. This position is perfect for a candidate who wishes to continue to practice law without sacrificing time and energy away from family or other engagements. With a billable expectation of 1600 hrs per year or less for the entire firm, the partners do not expect this candidate to "live to work".
