Located in Seattle, we are a small in-office law firm overlooking beautiful Puget Sound. While hybrid work one day per week is available, we value our in-office time together. This position is open due to work expansion.

As a paralegal, you will support multiple attorneys in the insurance defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering medical records and working with experts.
• Summarizing medical records and creating summary reports.
• Working knowledge of rules, processes and procedures related to records management, subpoenas, witnesses.
• Knowledge of State and Federal court rules.
• Documentation demonstrating exceptional writing and grammar.
• Initiative and comfortability working independently under minimal supervision.
• Professional communication with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff via email, phone and in-person.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and timelines.
• Flexibility in responding to multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with NetDocuments desired, but not required.

Compensation

Compensation : $75,000 – $95,000 DOE
