About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist

Profession : CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Specialty : CT (Computed Tomography)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12H Nights

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated

Certifications : BLS, ARRT, IEMA

Must-Have : Experience performing basic CT scanning, Level 1 trauma experience, previous travel experience, ability to function in a fast-paced environment with high acuity and high volumes of patients

Description :

The CT department has 5 CT scanners.

No floating to cover other areas is required.

Traveler is expected to be able to start IVs.

Shifts for 3 12-hour nights start at 7 PM.

Every 3rd weekend is required; weekends for nights are Friday and Saturday.

No holiday or call requirements are present.

Solid colors and some prints are acceptable for scrubs.

Department-specific orientation may be needed typically for 1 week.
