Job descriptionFull-time or part-time In-person, telehealth, or hybrid Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company match PTO Paid Sick Leave CEU Reimbursement Quarterly Bonus End-of-Year Bonus Company Meal allowance and many more! $48.00 to $60.00 / hour Twice monthly 7 unique bonuses Full-time or Part-time Minimum of a Master's Degree in a mental health field. Current license to practice in Colorado. Ability to consistently complete clinical documentation.

We are looking for eager mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFTs, or candidates) that specialize in working with children, adults, or couples to join our team of clinicians at a rewarding practice, Overcomers Counseling! - Complete Flexibility to Choose Your Own Hours - Our professionals choose their own hours and availability. While some of our clinicians enjoy a more traditional schedule, seeing clients in the office from 10am-6pm during the week, others chose an evening and weekend schedule that works for them and their family.
- Full Administrative Support - Including credentialing with Health Insurance Companies and billing. We take care of all the headaches and allow our clinicians focus of the patient.
- Clientele - At Overcomers Counseling, we work diligently to bring in new clients and book our clinicians with as many new patients as they want.
- Comfortable and Modern Offices designed to provide comfort.
- Teamwork - we are here to support you through any difficult challenges.
- Reimbursement Package - We offer competitive pay and benefits package for the care you provide at our offices.
- Credentialing - We offer full aid in credentialing you with all insurance panels.
- Supervision - Looking for supervision for licensure? We have a couple of options available for free supervision!
