Job Summary

Join Barings' Talent Management, Inclusion & Experience team, which delivers global initiatives shaping our workforce. Our focus areas include performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, learning & development, early talent programs, and inclusion & experience.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HR professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience to support the execution of key talent processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates efficiency, a strong customer service mindset, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to drive collaborative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support operational excellence in core talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Design compelling presentations and insights using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Own end-to-end workflow management for talent processes and learning programs within Workday, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead coordination of learning programs in Workday, managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights; maintain data integrity across Workday and Excel dashboards to support strategic talent decisions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to HR colleagues and business stakeholders, driving timely execution of critical initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR expertise, with 3-5+ years in Talent Management preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday, particularly Talent and Performance, and Learning modules, with the ability to optimize workflows and reporting for efficiency and impact.
  • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, leveraging PowerPoint and Excel to deliver insights that influence talent decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of driving process enhancements.
  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR) preferred.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to partner across HR and business stakeholders.
