- Monitor compliance with food safety standards and regulations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of all products.
- Uphold brand standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Train and coach team members to consistently deliver high-quality products and services in line with the company’s values and expectations.
- Ensure all team members understand and comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum high school education or equivalent.2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to inform decision-making.Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.Serve Safe certification is preferred.
