SUMMARY

The Associate Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Engineer and Program Manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and procedures and work instructions. The employee will lead a collaborative team and will contribute to various projects under minimal supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Engineer in establishing integrated teams. Develop project plans to manage cost, schedule, and resources to satisfy project goals, milestones, cost targets, and product quality.
• Track project schedule deliverables and assignments. Follow up with assigned IPT member as deadlines near.
• Coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area of responsibility by performing the following duties :

Provide or coordinate technical direction to the project team to facilitate timely task completion.
