This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the general ledger, leading AP / AR and employee expense functions, and ensuring strong internal controls, audit readiness, and accurate reporting. Youll be the most senior accounting leader in the organization, acting as the go-to for operational accounting excellence.
What Youll Own
- Lead all day-to-day accounting functions across multiple legal entities
- Manage and develop a team that includes a Controller, AR / AP staff, and accounting specialists
- Oversee accurate month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Own the AP, AR, and employee reimbursement processes and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare for and support financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and enforce consistent, GAAP-compliant practices
- Improve systems and workflows to increase clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Brand teams on shared initiative
