The job : At MGM Resorts International, we believe storytelling is a powerful tool that connects and inspires. As a Videographer / Editor, you'll play a key role in shaping how we engage our employees and guests bringing our brand, values, and culture to life through dynamic content and communication strategy.

The day-to-day :

• Create compelling, high-impact video and multimedia content for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including digital screens, internal apps, social platforms, and virtual events.
• Direct video shoots across corporate and regional locations, ensuring brand consistency, professional quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage video editing and post-production in Adobe Premiere Pro, applying creative best practices tailored to platform-specific performance (e.g., mobile, app-based, or digital signage).
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by researching digital content trends and implementing new camera techniques or editing styles that enhance internal storytelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Creative Services, Brand Marketing, and Broadcast teams to meet content standards and production timelinesbalancing creative vision with strategic objectives.
• Support internal brand campaigns, employee recognition efforts, town halls, and social impact messaging with visually engaging and culturally resonant media.
• Stay current with social media and digital storytelling trends to deliver modern, relevant employee content that drives connection and engagement.
