Hi, I'm Jessica, and my husband, Chris, and I are in search of a reliable and experienced housekeeper to help us manage our home in Franklin, Tennessee. We are looking for someone who can assist with various tasks such as cleaning, laundry, dishes, meal prep and cooking. Initially, we would also like this person to assist with general home organization and creating efficiencies to develop procedures and routines for a well functioning household.

We would like someone to start immediately, but we can be flexible for the right person. This role would require 8-10 hours a week, approximately 1-2 hours per day. The hours are flexible, we just prefer that the housekeeper come during our normal working hours (9am-6pm).

After an initial call or meeting, if both parties feel like this is a good fit, we would like to have you over to tour the house, meet the family, familiarize yourself with our existing routines, and address any additional questions you may have. From there we would prefer a 1-month trial period, after which both parties can determine if we are compatible long term.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, takes pride in their work, and is solution oriented. If this is you, I would love to answer any general or specific questions about the position you may have.
