About The Position

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Experience with EPIC charting preferred

Description :

Shift : Days, Monday through Friday.

Experience required in an outpatient and inpatient hospital setting.

The clinician will float within their scope to meet facility needs.

Block scheduling is accepted.

Local candidates are welcome to apply.

No pending licenses will be accepted.

Requested time off is limited; a maximum of 5 total days off is permitted during the 13-week assignment.

No additional time off requests will be granted after the submission of the initial request.

No holiday time off is allowed.

Zero-fault attendance policy is in place; missing scheduled shifts counts as unexcused.

Two missed shifts result in a warning; three or more missed shifts may lead to cancellation.

Travelers must commit to withstanding going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing.

Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Daily census is approximately 135 outpatient patients.

The clinician will handle a patient ratio of 1.

The program will include managing various diagnoses such as chronic back pain, chronic neck pain, and post-operative rehabilitation, among others.

Candidate must be familiar with active rehabilitation techniques and patient family education.

All assigned modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.

No block scheduling or special scheduling requests will be accommodated.

Missed shifts may result in warnings or cancellation.

Only applicants with no background or license violations will be considered.
