Leidos is on the lookout for a talented ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Lead to contribute to our mission solution and help drive SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. Join our dynamic team dedicated to building next-generation enterprise APIs and modern responsive user interfaces, supporting the Social Security Administration's mission to serve at least 65 million Americans each month.

  • Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week in Woodlawn, MD.

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage ServiceNow for enhanced enterprise service management utilizing innovative technologies like AI and automation.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and provide recommendations aimed at enhancing ServiceNow services and capabilities.
  • Support development teams as necessary.
  • FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

  • Master’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 12+ years as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • 8+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
  • 8+ years leading ServiceNow development teams.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)

    These skills will aid in your success :

  • Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
  • ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple domains, including IT Service Management and Customer Service Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical discussions and reviews.
  • 5+ years of expertise across diverse ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.
  • 5+ years developing solutions across various ServiceNow applications.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in sectors like Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, etc.
  • Technical leadership experience in driving change and solution development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
  • Experience ensuring IT data integrity.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical solutions effectively.
  • Experience working with the US Federal Government.
  • HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)

    Highlight your modern development experience with :

  • Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS3, SQL, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Java scripting for automation across ServiceNow modules.
  • REST and SOAP web service protocols.
  • Experience with Business Rules and Workflows.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML or Active Directory.
  • Project Management or Agile certification.
  • ITILv4 Foundations Certification.

    Pay Range : $148,850.00 - $269,075.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and considers factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
