Job Description :  As a Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable test results for patient care. Depending on the department assigned (Hematology, Microbiology, or Chemistry), your duties will vary but will always include performing diagnostic testing, analyzing results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following safety protocols.
