Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Medical Oncology with Medical surgical overflow patients (CHF, DM, UTI, non critical sepsis, HTN, COPD)

Unit / Facility Details : 18 beds

Shift & Scheduling :

Floating Requirements : Floating will be required in the event they are needed in like departments.

Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
